Why a group, not a company

Four companies, one transition

India is rebuilding how it moves, how it powers its buildings and how it accounts for carbon, all at once. Symbroj works on that transition from four sides.

The group has been working in media, advertising and solar energy since 2015, and Symbroj Media Private Limited was incorporated in Delhi the following year. Ten years in, the shape of the group is a direct result of what that decade taught us.

It began with the industry conversation. Metro Rail News reports on urban rail daily, and InnoMetro, InnoBus and the Metro Rail News Awards put the operators, suppliers and regulators in one room. Running those platforms means we hear what the sector is struggling with long before it becomes a press release.

What we kept hearing was a gap between commitment and evidence. Organisations had targets for clean energy and net zero, and no straightforward way to install the first or prove the second. Symbroj Solar exists to put generation on roofs; Symbroj Cleantech exists to measure, report and trade the carbon that follows.

SymbrojAI is the newest of the four, and the one that touches the rest. People have started asking an AI instead of a search engine. That changes how our clients get found, and how we run our own businesses.

Is Symbroj one company or several?

Several. Symbroj Media Pvt Ltd, Symbroj Solar Pvt Ltd and Symbroj Cleantech Pvt Ltd are distinct companies, and SymbrojAI operates alongside them. They share one set of standards and one group contact for clients working across more than one of them.

What does Symbroj Media actually do?

Three things. It is a PR partner for companies selling into rail, transit and AI; it publishes Metro Rail News, a daily industry publication; and it runs national expos and awards: InnoMetro, InnoBus Expo, Bharat AI Expo and the Metro Rail News Awards.

Who publishes Metro Rail News?

Symbroj Media Private Limited, part of Symbroj Group. Metro Rail News is a daily publication covering Indian metro rail, Namo Bharat RRTS corridors, high-speed rail, tenders and urban transit policy. The group has operated since 2015 and Symbroj Media Private Limited was incorporated in Delhi in 2016.

Who organises InnoMetro, InnoBus Expo and Bharat AI Expo?

All three are organised by Symbroj Media Private Limited. InnoMetro covers metro rail, railway, RRTS and high-speed rail. InnoBus Expo 2026 runs on 15 October 2026 at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi. Bharat AI Expo 2027 runs on 20 February 2027, also at Bharat Mandapam. The same company runs the Metro Rail News Awards.

Where are you based, and which regions do you work in?

The registered office for Symbroj Media, Solar and Cleantech is Plot 32-E, First Floor, Patparganj, Mayur Vihar Phase-I, New Delhi 110091. Symbroj Solar delivers rooftop systems across India, and the media and events business operates nationally from Delhi.

How is a rooftop solar project priced?

Per project, after a site survey. Roof type, structure, shading and grid conditions all move the cost materially. The written proposal itemises equipment, labour, statutory work and exclusions, so you can compare it line by line against any other quote.

What warranty and maintenance does Symbroj Solar provide?

Warranty terms depend on the equipment specified for your roof, so we set them out in writing in the proposal rather than quoting a headline number here. Ask us and we will send the workmanship warranty, the manufacturer warranties we pass through, and exactly what the 25-year performance support covers.

What is Generative Engine Optimization?

Search is shifting from search engines to AI assistants. GEO is the work of making sure that when someone asks ChatGPT, Perplexity or Claude a question in your category, your business is part of the answer. SymbrojAI runs this as consulting and as a platform: SymbrojAI for Rankings tracks which AI models cite you, scores your content for AI readability, and follows your entity authority over time.
